Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit and debit card payments.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Please note that mini motos and motorsport are dangerous. Mini motos are not toys and are not intended for use by people under the age of 16. All safety precautions should be taken and the bike ridden in a safe and appropriate area. Mini motos are not road legal and so should not be used on public highways or other such public property without the express permission of the owner.

Blata.co.uk reserve the right to introduce changes to our products as a contininous program to update and improve our bikes. All information and images were correct at the time of writing.

Shipping And Handling The 4.2hp and Blatino Scooter delivery is priced at £30. If you are unsure about delivery charges please contact us on +44 (0)1522 691244 so that we may get an exact price.

When ordering a bike you will be contacted by one of our sales team to discuss the earliest and best delivery date. For bikes that are out of stock a deposit can be taken and the bike ordered from the factory.

Delivery for parts is charged at £3.75 between £5 and £50. Orders over £50 are free of carriage. This excludes Northern Scotland and other British Islands. For delivery charges to non mainland UK please call +44 (0)1522 691244.

Blata.co.uk reserve the right to change or suspend all offers at any time.

Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally ship your parts order for next working day delivery following clearance of payment. For bikes you will be contacted by one of our sales team to discuss the earliest and best day for delivery.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
